Callowhill Front Desk

Our front desk staff are the face of The Cliffs and are responsible for ensuring that every customer who walks through our doors has the best possible indoor climbing experience and leaves with a smile on their face.

Job responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):

  • Providing the highest level of customer service to members + guests
  • Greeting customers in a friendly + professional manner
  • Setting up + updating member accounts
  • Answering questions regarding memberships
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming facility
  • Assisting with retail

Availability Requirements: 

  • Minimum 15 hours of availability per week
  • Must have Saturday and Sunday availability
  • Must have weekday closing availability 5PM - 1AM

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, professional + reliable
  • Interest + experience in rock climbing
  • Computer literate + attention to detail
  • Team player
